Monarch therapists do not contract directly with insurance companies. However, most insurances will provide some reimburesement for our services as out-of-network providers. As a Monarch client you’ll have access to a portal where you can download a “Superbill”, a statement containing all of the information that an insurance company should need for reimbursement, in order to send along. You can also opt to have the superbills emailed directly to you each month.
Payment is due at the time of the session. Checks are most appreciated. Cash and credit cards can be accepted in a pinch. We are able to process health benefits cards as well.
In order to keep providing high quality service, it is important that Monarch therapists value our time. As such, missed appointments will be charged the full session fee without unless 48 hours of notice has been given.
