Monarch therapists do not contract directly with insurance companies as we believe that you (not insurance companies) should be able to dictate your own therapy journey. However, most insurances will provide some reimbursement for our services as out-of-network providers. As a Monarch client, you’ll have access to your personal client portal where you can download “Superbills”, statements containing all of the information that an insurance company should need for reimbursement. You can also choose to have your superbills emailed directly to you each month.
Payment is due at the time of the session. Checks are most appreciated. Cash and credit cards can be accepted in a pinch. We are able to process health benefits cards as well.
As our office remains virtual, we provide fast and easy secure ways to process your payment virtually for each visit.
In order to keep providing high-quality service, it is important that Monarch therapists value our time. As such, missed appointments will be charged the full session fee unless 48 hours of notice has been given.
